Graphics Timeline for a Smooth Process

At the 360 WEB DESIGNS Graphics Department, we understand that taking the leap to create your most visible marketing assets can create anxiety. You may have a number of questions. “Will we end up with a logo that represents our company mission? Will the designer be aware of our needs, or push their own? Will it be completed in a timely manner? Will the process be fun?”

The Graphics professionals at 360 WEB DESIGNS take great pride in their work and will make the process fun and exciting experience. Although we take your job seriously, our joy in creating images is contagious. You will be taken into the creative fold, playing a big part in bringing forward your brand.

Our Graphics Process

Pre Contract Process

  1. Goals are discussed with the client. Based on the company marketing strategies, graphic assets needed are agreed upon. A price estimate will be presented.
  2. 360 WEB DESIGNS Graphics Department will put together a contract that includes the asset descriptions, price, what is included, signing page, and a timeline page. The timeline page will estimate goals and completion dates.

Post Contract

  1. The Graphic Artist meets with the Client for a contract signing, deposit, and to discuss ideas for the graphics needed. We have created a list of questions to stimulate the vision of what your company brand is, and how to translate that to imagery.
  2. Round 1 – Designer to present basic designs to the Client. At this stage, the designs are usually in black and white. Based on the previous discussions, the Designer will explain how these designs relate to the company brand identity. The Client will choose one design to move forward with, or a combination of two designs.
  3. Round 2 – Designer to present the revised black and white designs to the client, and discuss any revisions. This is when color discussions are introduced if they have not already been decided.
  4. Round 3 – Designer to present color designs to the Client. Final changes are discussed.
  5. Round 4 – Final assets are sent to the Client.

Since we CUSTOM design our graphics and websites, there may be some variations on the process and timelines. Getting your business, and keeping you as a happy customer is our goal. We spend the time to get it right.
