  1.    what advice do you want to give to small businesses/clients?                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Annette- Web marketing will have ROI (return on investment) that is equal to
  • the first impression projected – Use a professional graphic designer and web development team to build a brand and website that will “WOW” potential customers from the moment they see any part of your brand and website. Investing in the “look and feel” should be first and foremost because you won’t get a second chance.
  • the word of mouth directed – keeping customers happy may be more important than getting new customers. If you keep your current customers in love, they will bring you referrals all day long. Think of “long term”.
  • the amount of social media promotion created – pick at least 2- social media formats, then set the calendar to write and create images multiple times a week for each. You can use the same content for multiple S.M. formats. Social Media can make you seem more approachable, top of mind, and search engines will move you up in their rankings. Be consistent and have good content.

2.what do you think will be the top trends for 2020?

Annette –

  • sleek simplicity – sites that give the feeling of open space
  • ADA compliant sites – more attention spent on color blind and dyslexia issues
  • gradients in logo design – the past 4 years have trended with very flat bold color logo design. This year will bring more subtle colors with gradients

3.what did you enjoy most about the work that you did in 2019?

Annette –

Diversity of 2019 projects were very challenging, yet exciting. We worked with interesting Non-Profits and created more marketing materials than ever before.

Charles

President and Business Development

1. what advice do you want to give to small businesses/clients?

80% of people base the credibility of a business on its website design. An old or unprofessional looking website can destroy a business’s first impression and lose customers. The cost of a professionally built website can bring in more revenue and save your reputation versus trying to save a few dollars and going with either a junior designer or purchasing a basic off-the-shelf templated website.

2. what do you think will be the top trends for 2020?

a. Imperfections that add Personality
b. 3D Elements
c. Black and White design
d. Minimalist Navigation
e. Trendy Color Schemes

3. what did you enjoy most about the work that you did in 2019?

Our designs grew edgier with bold colors, creative header layouts, and new navigation styles.
