City of Alameda has many helpful programs for veterans and low-income residents. This logo and these brochures and fliers were created to help spread the word around the city. Rise Up needed to be bright and uplifting and inviting for those that need help financially, and Operation Dignity was to inform and let the people who serve this country know about the new and existing programs available.
