Facebook offers plenty of different options to tailor each page in its own unique way. Here are the quick steps to get you where you need to go to choose a layout or specific options:

1. Go to your page settings
2. Click Templates & Tabs
3. Here you can view Facebook’s templates, nonprofits, shopping, venues, and more.
4. Choose your template
5. Select tabs in the order of your choice
6. Add descriptions of your services

In this setting, you can optimize many facets of your business. For instance, you can connect e-commerce channels, set up reservations, link to third-party scheduling apps as well as messaging apps.

Optimize Your Facebook Content Delivery

Facebook offers many scheduling tools that make planning ahead simple. You can add content pieces to your calendar months in advance. Whether it is a seasonal discount, news announcement or a company shout-out. Facebook Business Suite or Creator Studio allows you to pin newsworthy content so that it remains at the top of your news feed. Unfortunately, you can pin only post to any page at a time. The next post will replace the one prior to it. Here is how to pin content:

1. Open Creator Studio or Business Suite
2. Find the post you want to pin
3. Click the three dots in the upper-right hand corner
4. Select Pin to the Top of the Page in the drop-down menu

We all know how to initiate engagement on our personal Facebook page. By posing a simple question we can get over 100 replies. However, when it comes to our business page we can get complacent. Building relationships through participation can grow your audience in unprecedented numbers. Facebook offers a “Host a Q&A” feature. Here is how to start a Q&A:

1. Create a post on your Facebook Business Page
2. To the right of “Add to a Post”, click on the three dots
3. Select “Host a Q&A”

Optimize for Facebook Community Management

Managing all your Facebook-associated accounts on one platform is both efficient and smart. Connecting your Instagram to Facebook strengthens your community at large. This is how you do it:

1. Go to your Facebook settings
2. Connect your business’ Instagram account
3. Check the option to allow Instagram messages in your Facebook inbox

Secondly, automated responses are both time and cost-efficient. Facebook can configure your replies with different options. Instant response options include Away Messages, Instant Reply, Appointment Reminders, and FAQS. After you connect your Facebook and Instagram in Settings finish with this:

1. Go to Facebook settings
2. Click Automated Responses
3. Configure your replies
