2020.08.14 – The Knife Sketch Competition created by Forge Product Development LLC is an annual competition held in the weeks leading up to Blade Show. A primer for the show, it creates an opportunity for the community to connect and showcase top brands and talent. For the year 2020, I won despite intense competition. My Tsuru design was selected for its subtle design elements, consideration for utility, and beautiful lines. I was honored to be selected and judged by Mark Begg of Begg Knives, Dylan Grace of Dylan Grace Blade Co., and Leo Espinoza of Tops Knives.
